Red Arrows

|
The aerobatic display team of the RAF, using nine red aircraft to perform complex formations at very high speed; they add to the already breathtaking spectacle by releasing trails of coloured vapour. Formed in 1965, they used Hawker Siddely Gnats until 1979; since then they have flown the British Aerospace Hawk T.1.
