Flanders and Swann
|
|
Cabaret duo who had a great success with their revue At the Drop of a Hat (London 1957–9, New York 1959–60). It consisted entirely of their own songs, with the composer (Donald Swann b. 1923) at the piano and the lyricist (Michael Flanders 1922–75) in the wheelchair to which he had been confined by polio.
